Sales was great but service is horrible, even hit my trailor in front of me and didn’t say anything? Never call back about parts.
We recently purchased a Silverado ZR2 and were assisted by Jackson. His service was excellent from start to finish, just from phone calls he was able to secure us the best deal out of any of the other dealers across Melbourne. He was extremely professional the entire time even when having to deal with a few of us on the phone at different times. I would give 5 stars to Praz for his professionalism, advice, communication and in general overall help in selling us a brand new Silverado however unfortunately that is where it stops. Parts sold us components that weren’t even made for our vehicle, the service department communication was atrocious and still made us drive 3 hours to them to fit a tonneau cover that was recalled 11 days prior to our scheduled appointment, then had our vehicle for 4.5 hours before they rang to say they couldn’t fit it! Amazing service from the team at Booran Dandenong. In particular , Marcello. He was kind, friendly, honest, didn’t beat around the bush. Answered all my questions thoroughly. Went through all the paperwork in detail. Spoke like a human, not a salesperson. Would highly recommend.
