I had been taking my holden there for years. When I had warning lights & needed urgent attention, they would not fit me in, so I took it to another mechanic; he had never seen a sump drain like it; doubted the oil had ever been drained or spark plugs ever actually changed, a second mechanic agreed. Being overcharged is one thing, but the extra cost of no basic servicing long term is significant….do not use these guys for servicing, because they don’t.

RUN!!! We could not be more upset and disappointed with the after-care service of our 2023 Chevy Silverado ZR2 purchased from GMSV Booran Motors. Our experience with our salesman, Leighton, was nothing but lovely and we’ve left him a seperate review as we do not want to lump him in with the horrible experience we’ve had and continue to have once our car was purchased. Leighton, Scott and Ravi were amazing to deal with when buying our new ZR2. All communication done over the phone when we were stuck in Lakes Entrance with our broken down car. Nothing was a hassle. We can highly recommend these guys!

I recently bought a Kia Carnival from the used car department. This is the 6th car I’ve bought and Nat was the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. She was extremely helpful, organized and prompt.
