At first I was hesitant, a new company from out of town. But as I seen the upgrades taking place, I was pleased. Clean, easily accessible, secure facility, cameras, electronic gate. But best of all, 24/7 operator. 7 days a week the phone is answered by a real person. Thanks for all the attention you have given the facility. UPDATE !!!!! Now a year and a half later, rating is ZERO. They have raised my rates 3 times in that time. They say thats the going rate. Unfortunately its not. New, nicely designed, secure storage units. Owners are super helpful. Access is convenient.
