Jesse from bike works is the man. I needed a bike part on my trip. I had the part shipped to Jesse at bike works. He was super cool and met me to deliver the bike part and saved my trip. He also introduced me to a couple trails which were amazing outside casper. Everyone knows him. Great guy
Fixed my back tire. and helped me adjust and taught me more about my bike. I called ahead and even though he wasn't open he still came in and helped me. very thankful.
Jesse is a very knowledgable and provides excellent customer service. He removed my old freewheel and put the new one on in no time. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I called ahead and found out that the shop was opening at 10am which was no problem for me. You should give your business to this shop. They are totally invested in our local community.
