I was a patient of Dr. Evelyn Schuetz for several years; however, I primarily saw the nurse practitioner, Jaimee Puckett. I had an abnormal pap in 2010 and was very disturbed by the lack of communication regarding the results of it as well as the follow-up procedure. I had to call the office several times to find out my results; each time I was on hold for 10-15 minutes. I found the office to be antiquated, the staff to be overly busy and unprofessional. BAD FRONT OFFICE SUPPORT – I showed my insurance card when I made an appointment. When I went for the appointment, they said my insurance was not accepted. What a pain in the a**

Great Office – I have been placing externs for several years, and some of them have not been as good as others. I am now a program director and still place externs. I called and my student did get to go to Boonslick for her extern. The staff was so impressed that they offered her a position. She is now working and very happy. Thank you Boonslick for being professional and caring.

Unprofessional – As an office manager I was very turned off by the way I was treated when I called this office and spoke to 2 staff members regarding a recent extern that I am trying to help find a permanent position. They really need some people skills! My advise to them...DO NOT take externs if you are not willing to really help them!

Skilled doctoring. Busy phone. – The medical doctors are skilled at this facility as are the specialists. The problem is getting through a busy phone system to set up/ change or otherwise leave a message. Way too long a wait to speak to a receptionist!
