My lab has epilepsy and my shih tzu has skin allergies, so we have to go in to the vet quite a bit. Most of the staff is delightful, except for one particular person. He is mostly kind to my animals which I appreciate, but he's unnecessarily hostile with me sometimes. It's hit or miss whether he's going to be pleasant or snippy. I brought my pooch in with out any notice and they welcomed me as if I were a friend. I hardly waited anytime and the doctor did a complete and thorough check up and a shot to help with his nausea! Everyone was so kind and helpful and they didn’t charge me the full rate for bringing in an emergency. I am definitely going there from now on.
Just a shout out to Holly who has cared for our chihuahuas for about twenty years now. She was wonderful when we had to say goodbye to Claire and has been wonderful with her older brother Chico. Holly was wonderful during those crazy times during the pandemic where they would pick your dogs up at the car window and then come back and explain everything to you and take payment on top of everything else, and not really appear to be in a rush while doing it , even though i'm sure she was.
