They are polite and honest and transparent. I trust them completely. Sometimes you must wait because the doc has medical issues himself. But if you can wait please do. They deserve all the time and energy you have to give them, and your pet will be better off for their concern and time. It’s definitely worth the wait. He’s a farm doc so he has lots to do outside the office and you have to wait for him to return. It’s like having our own dr Pol. If you need an X-ray, go down to fort smith.
