I’ve always had a great experience with this clinic. My primary care provider is here, and whenever I’m unable to get in with them, I feel completely comfortable using the urgent care. The providers I’ve seen there have always been kind, thorough, and willing to actually listen instead of making the visit feel rushed. I was disappointed in the urgent care doctor. She didn't seem very concerned. Her lack of knowledge was apparent or she just simply didn't care.
Dr. Butts is a very thorough and caring doctor.
The doctors and staff are very professional. Get you in and out as soon as possible.
