My son talked me into joining the Booneville Fitness Company gym with him, I decided the best way to try to get off some medications. It has turned out to be really FUN!! My joints are not as stiff and achy in the mornings. The staff are understanding and very sweet and helpful. I recommend it highly. If you want a reason to get out of the house, give the Booneville Fitness Company gym a try. You will definitely not be sorry. I have lost 5 pounds just exercising with at gym, plus firming up some flabby areas. I love it.

Love this gym, Dana does a great job keeping all the equipment clean and organized. All the coaches are first class and make sure we are safe doing the excerises. The atmosphere of the gym is great, everyone cares about each other.Thank You Dana for your gym.
