Best gym in North Mississippi!
My son talked me into joining the Booneville Fitness Company gym with him, I decided the best way to try to get off some medications. It has turned out to be really FUN!! My joints are not as stiff and achy in the mornings. The staff are understanding and very sweet and helpful. I recommend it highly. If you want a reason to get out of the house, give the Booneville Fitness Company gym a try. You will definitely not be sorry. I have lost 5 pounds just exercising with at gym, plus firming up some flabby areas. I love it.
BFC is more than a gym. Success in meeting my fitness goals was found here plus great staff and support in achieving! ❤️
