We really loved staying here. Clean, friendly, super easy check in
DO NOT BOOK, BED BUG ALERT!!! Ratings on Booking.com said the hotel was clean and decent and location was convenient. Upon arriving on Friday, July 18, it looked clean and check in was fine, but funky pipe or smoke smell in hallway. During night, I felt itching and burning sensation on legs. In morning, I had bites! They were in a line and in clusters. This was in room 103. We took pictures, reported to staff, offered to show him the bites. We asked for a refund, which he processed, and apologized.
