Nellie and the Boone family have been taking care of me for over 25 years. They are simply the best at what they do.
It's one of the most snobbish places I ever set foot in. Had a simple gold bracelet that needed some simple repair, that can be done in less than 15 minutes and at most $ 25. Took it in on Saturday was told I will be texted on Wednesday about the price of the repair. The price was $100. Of course I went to pick it up unprepared at that point. Do not appeal to their repair services.
Beautiful jewelry. Love the staff. They are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Their estate jewelry is truly one of a kind. I highly recommend.
