Caring staff, clean facility, good meals with variety/choices. Staff supporting the reception/lobby are fantastic - warm, inviting, extremely helpful!
Great staff, lovely building, fun outings. So supportive and understanding of many transitional points in life. They truly know and care about the people who live there.
Expensive
Severe lack of trained staff, it should be required to be certified as a care giver. I know this would affect the company's bottom line, so they would never without raising costs to over 8k. The call lights dont seem to work, all our loved ones personal items went missing (all her clothes & all her shoes, despite us purchasing several 6+ pairs.
