I can't say enough about my family's experience with the memory care staff at Boone Ridge Senior Living Community. They have made this challenging transition so much easier for us. The staff is responsive, communicative, helpful, patient, and kind. If I could give ten stars, I would. Our entire family sends big hugs and our sincere gratitude to every member of the Boone Ridge memory care family.

During the time that my mother lived at Boone Ridge assisted living facility, the management and staff provided excellent care and compassion. I highly recommend Boone Ridge.

I agree with the comments from other reviewers that rated the facility one star. I suggest looking at other facilities that can provide more individualized care, for example smaller facilities, in my opinion. I would check out all the options available before making a decision. There are a lot of facilities small and large in Salem that provide memory care and assisted living. I suggest not just touring, but also checking reviews.
