Highly disappointed in the care I received here. The first provider I saw told me that blood work was unnecessary for me and then I had some issues come up where I requested that I get my iron levels tested. They had me make an appointment before I could get my labs which is fine, however, they ran 3 tests none of which were for my iron levels which was the main reason I came in for the appointment. They coded my appointment incorrectly and I got billed for preventative care, been trying to get it sorted for 6 months. Just got billed for it again, they do not care about patients at all. I would not recommend anyone go here since they are no longer associated with BJC. UPDATE: Once again I am getting charged for an error on the coding made by Boone Health and I called the number just like I am supposed to and I get the runaround again.
