Counter staff quite knowledgeable but was disappointed to be quoted $100 for a Mown mixer valve cartridge only later to find out they are handed out for free at Home Depot. Yes, I understand it is a business, just not mine.
Poor customer service don’t answer phones.
Extremely unprofessional service
This seems like a great business, but the counter staff were completely unhelpful when they realized I wasn't a plumber or professional. They dismissed my questions, refused to give any suggestions (told me to go to Preston hardware, where the staff are excellent) and when I asked about a simple 1 inch washer, told me to go to a custom manufacturer. I know I'm not a professional, but the place was empty and a little courtesy and help would have cost nothing. I'll skip this business in the future.
