I've purchased in person and loved their olive oils (GREAT flavor), so I decided to ship some to family members for the holidays. The shipping process was a little confusing - website wanted me to submit payment before being able to update the address (with other sites shipping updates are done before you hit the payment button - to calculate shipping properly). The first person I spoke with wasn't able to help, but the owner called and walked me through the process. Super nice follow through.
