Jacob was the best. We were stuck in the hills of West Virginia. We called Triple A and they were worthless. Thru a local recommendation, we called Jacob, the owner of this company. He immediately made an appt. to come to the campground we were staying at the following morning. He was early. Upon inspection, he promptly diagnosed the problem and went for parts.
