Walked in the ER there was no one in the waiting room. I was sent to triage and shortly after to have blood work done. Then "crickets" sat in the waiting room for 2 hours!!!!! As I am preparing to leave they finally call my name and take me back to a room. Where they hook up an IV and a blood pressure coat and inform me I have to drink some nasty stuff before they can do the CT. Okay cool no problem they gave me 20 minutes to drink it I drink it in 5. I’m here with my sister who is in her 80’s, we waited for over an hour for her to be seen. This isn’t easy waiting so long to be seen. At least the front people could let patients know the reason and let them know they will be seen as soon as they can bring them back. Communication is important and helps with the patient’s stress in waiting.

Most definitely would come back again the Dr in the ER he was great and so was the staff and I don’t say that lightly for in my opinion there is no good Hospitals in the surrounding area that I would even take my dog to so if you need a good ER Dr then I would go here

Had out patient surgery, everyone was so nice and went out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible. Even got me a coffee as soon as I woke up in recovery! I think one lady's name was Lori, and maybe Sidney...wish I could remember them all because they were absolutely amazing! Also loved the warm blanket!
