Sat out in the waiting room for 8+ hours just for STITCHES on my knuckle worst hospital in the state I’d rather have Donald Duck running the hospital than whatever person is running it now

I had an appointment for some tests and I was going to be late I called and they said you can come in that evening. So I went I believe it was around 7:30 8:00 p.m. It was quick check in a 5-minute wait and the procedure was quick everyone was friendly. That was my second visit there. The first one was very different It was during the pandemic and it was packed. So seeing it the second time the rating went up my experience was wonderful.
