Elizabeth Crews FNP has been my PCP for years and she's an awesome provider! She actually listens, making me feel like my concerns are valid & we'll work together to figure out a solution. In the past, she's gone above and beyond in researching weird medical issues. I have a bit of "white coat syndrome" after working in healthcare and she has such a gentle manner, that I feel I can talk about anything without anxiety. Front desk "ladies" were terribly rude and not helpful in the slightest. Turned my children away because one page on the new patient packet was not filled out. NEW PATIENT packet said show up 15 mins so we did and were talked down to for not being there 45 mins early? TERRIBLE service you are better off making the drive to Columbia I will never spend a dime here.
