the old nurses here are always very rude and cold, during an already hard time in the ER. maybe don’t “help” people if you don’t intend to help. a few of the younger ones were nice, but that’s it.

Nurse Dennis is extremely rude and disrespectful in the emergency room night shift. I was in unbearable stomach pain. My daughter was worried while trying to get a hold of someone. She storm out of the check in area front desk points and yelled at my daughter and said, we don't do that here stay in the waiting room!! I hope the upper management see this message
