I recently visited the Boone Hospital ER, and while the experience was challenging due to the wait time, the staff was absolutely outstanding and made a difficult situation much more manageable. I want to recognize Autumn, my nurse, who was incredibly helpful, sweet, friendly, and professional. She made sure I was comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. 2nd time ever going to this hospital ER, first time 2/12/25 the nurses were fantastic! Made sure my daughter was comfortable, ruling out anything possible. I'm so grateful for them!! 2nd time the next day on 2/13/25 around 4pm- one of the nurses (im assuming because she refused to tell us her name & who she was) had extremely poor bedside manners.
