I've had the worst experience in the last 4 trips to the ER with my wife. The doctor did not look past the injury to find the cause.the bed side manner is not professional. One of the PA's was fantastic the other one needs to look into bedside manner school. One nurse was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I don't have very much faith this hospital anymore . Their system is broke and or nonexistent. We go to hospitals for help we go to the doctors for help but the Boone system just sees number not people looking for answer... read more

"To love for the sake of being loved is human, but to love for the sake of loving is angelic." -Author unknown, but I'd say written by an angel and I'd also say some staff at this hospital are angelic for some really do go the extra step outside of their job duty. I've seen this with both my parents there and now myself. Extremely impressed and even healing. 💚

I had surgery at boone hospital Aug 4 2025 . Every single person that helped with my care was caring and respectful. I had a bad diagnosis . The care I received helped me get through this part of my journey.

The staff at this hospital was disrespectful and dangerous! They reported no information to the family about anything they were doing. When asked to talk to a doctor or administrator we just given the run around. The nursing staff had no idea how long our family member layed on the floor before they found her! I would not recommend this hospital to anyone! This hospital is dangerous and has no communication! My loved one did not survive her hospital stay due to there recklessness. 1 star is too many stars for this hospital
