Really nice hospital. Rooms were nice. Great care from Doctor. Did feel like nursing staff was stretched toooo thin.

This hospital is absolutely horrible and provides terrible care and service from the doctors, nurses and social services. My mother was a patient at Boone in 2021. Her room was always dirty and the nurses always left used dirty supplies in the room. I would daily discard used items that were left on the counter or under her bed. My mother was dismissed with bed sores. This is the worst place for breastfeeding mom's. My sister went in with mastis She was bought in through ambulance. As soon as we got there she was treated like a problem the nurses wanted her to be out in the waiting room. The EMT had to let her know that my sister was undressed in that it was inappropriate for her to be waiting in a waiting room. My husband had triple bypass surgery there. The surgeon Dr. Fernandez, the Anthesiologist, the nursing staff, all top notch. Would recommend to anyone looking for exceptional care.

I see so many 1 star reviews and I understand why. They clearly don’t care if you’re dying in the lobby or not . They do blood work then put you in the lobby They do X-rays then put you back in the lobby . You ask after 6 hours how much longer to get to a room and it seems like the list keeps going higher. What part is a heart problem not a problem that 6 hours later haven’t even seen or talked to a doctor. Worst place ever
