A vert big thank you from me in regards to the excellent care given to me during my stay by the nursing personnel on 5th floor, central!
Ownership has left this place severely understaffed. They are consolidating floors when floors aren't full, which leads to specialty problems not getting care they need. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of communication in that the caregivers don't know when serious problems have occurred, such as blood pressure drops, pain breakthroughs, etc. They rely on the patient and family to supply a lot of the communication between different caregivers. I had a mammogram in February and they have screwed up filing my insurance over and over!! My insurance company has called them and walked them through the process and confirmed my coverage but they continue to screw it up. Do Not go here
Everyone was so nice and seemed concerned about me. Not at all like the hospital I have been to in the past. Thank you so much for the care you provided me.
