Everyone was so nice and seemed concerned about me. Not at all like the hospital I have been to in the past. Thank you so much for the care you provided me.
I was billed incorrectly and I can’t get anyone to call me back or help me fix it. If this issue is resolved, I will happily remove this review because I know the care team is great. But everything after the visit has been an absolute disaster.
I came in to collect equipment for a take-home sleep study. Everyone was exceedingly helpful and polite, and took care of everything quickly and clearly. Despite it being quite busy, they saw to me quickly. Shoutout to the front desk folks and also the gentleman in the Sleep Studies department who helped me with my equipment.
