Boone Hospital Center is always my Go-to. However, I had my first baby in April 2023 and wish I had done more research surrounding the L&D department. The nurses were Fantastic! This review is focused on their technology, or lack there-of. They have 1 wireless fetal monitor which "wasn't working", I was essentially attached with cords to stay within 3 feet of my bed at all times except when bathrooming. If you worked at Boone Hospital in 2021 after it went independent, have you received your tax refund? I worked there and found out they withheld taxes from each of my paychecks but DIDN'T pay any payroll taxes to the IRS...Where's the money they withheld from my paychecks??? I'm told they contract with ADP for their payroll W2 and taxes and that's the same place Audrain Community Hospital partnered with...I fear Boone has stolen lots of employee's money and will soon be closing its doors just like the other local hospitals h... read more

It is sad to say this place cannot get thrir act together! People on one end do not know what is happening at the other! The billing is a total joke. I found not even done thete but by another party off site. So Boone itself answers for nothing when uou give them your money. They pass you on or hang up when call. Last year it took me months to get refunded 500 and this year I have waited over a month for 3900 and still pending! They were paid in full by insurance and holding the money I paid up front.
