Haven’t seen my doctor 1 time, every single time I go to the primary care they have me see some random nurse. My doctor is Paul. Seems like he could care less if he actually sees his patients to establish care. On top of that the receptionists are so rude. Insanely rude. I had one hang up in my face multiple times after I asked a question that seemed to upset her. I really wish they’d just shut this place down.
Dr Maria Bernabe is such a wonderful caring doctor. She really cares about her patients and wants what’s best for them. All of the staff have always been so kind and helpful when I have to bring in extra kids and will help me if my other one needs blood work. They accommodate you and try to squeeze you in to avoid going to urgent care. I am so grateful to have been able to find this team of experts.
