The people at the front desk are extremely rude. When calling to cancel or make an appointment there’s one lady who’s extremely nasty and will hang up if she so pleases. She had done this to me so many times it made me cry and feel completely embarrassed for trying to schedule appointments.
Great staff, they take very good care of me. I trust them.
Dr Kelley, is super rude not friendly. Took my family member here and they had a horrible experience.
Was a little nervous based on other reviews but thought I would try for the local convenience. Had a great experience at my first visit to establish care as a new patient! Front desk was courteous and helpful. Short wait time at the clinic (took about 2 months to get a new patient exam - schedule it before you need it!). Nurses Liz and Trish provided excellent care, easy to talk to, competent, and seemed to genuinely care about my concerns - not just rushing me in and out as quickly as possible. Thank you!
Rude and they judge you on what medication you take and insurance at the front desk they’re judgmental if you do not have insurance. I needed a new primary care doctor and I was rejected based on what medication I take. Don’t recommend wasting your time.
