This doctors office is very hard to get ahold of. If you send a message through the portal it takes days to get a response. I have never had so much trouble getting through to a PCP.
When I was faced with a endocarditis and a septic embolism, with my life on the line, Boone Hospital saved me! when I had turned away from the university of Missouri because they said I wasn’t a good candidate for an open heart surgery that they also said was probably necessary for me to live. Boone Hospital took me in and save me, so far the first thing I say about Boone hospital is they save me?
All the staff in general are very nice and accommodating to their possibilities, but man! 99% of the patients at this clinic are just entitled and rude. I have visited this clinic and never had an issue before. Show up on time, be patient and respectful... the employees are just following policy most of the time and providers are also normal human being that deserve to be respected and have a life outside of their profession.
