Went to appt. On 11-13-25 which was scheduled at 11:00. I called to tell them I may be late and was on my way. They said if more than 5 min I would have to reschedule. I got there at 11:06 and they said I'd have to be put on schedule for 1:30. So I had to cancel. Seemed a bit harsh. I rescheduled for Monday at 10:00. Get there at 09:15. I love my doctor and I'm very comfortable with her during all my visits and she's a very attentive to my care and very involved. I appreciate you.
My primary is Dr. Zey-Thacker and I love her!! I always feel heard, she addresses my concerns, and is very knowledgeable. I’ve also seen Dr. Lang. She was helpful and treated my ear infection when my doctor was out of the office. I’m always able to get in and out quickly. The nurses are wonderful too. Their lab tech, Amy, is phenomenal and I’ve never had a better experience getting my blood drawn - she made it super easy. Happy to have this clinic here in town.
