Dr. Roach and the entire Ashland clinic are amazing! My mother became a patient of his 3 years ago when we found out she had stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. From the very first visit up until her last, we were treated with love and compassion and in my mother's words " I knew he would always take care of me". My appointment with Dr Roach yesterday was canceled because I was 3 minutes over their 10 minute cancellation rule. First I called at 3:53 a told receptionist I would be 10 minutes late, no mention of cancellation then. The receptionist basically called me a liar saying I had visited the Ashland location and it was my first, Saw Roach in my town of Hallsville. I asked to speak with him and was told to sit. His nurse who I saw in Hallsville said he would not see me and I left. The time to drive to the clinic is 40 minutes one... read more
Dr Roach is the best!! Hands down.He is not your standard white coat, talk down to you kind of doctor. He shows up as himself, cowboy boots and all, which makes people less tense about going to the doctor and more comfortable talking about why they are there. He is amazing with kids. Our daughter says that he is her best friend and she wants to grow up to be just like him. We followed him to Boone Health because our daughter refused to see a different doctor. He truly is the best at what he does!!
Dr. Roach , no bedside manor, he brags on saying seeing 52 patients a day, doesn't listen , just prescribed pills. Worst doctor I've ever been too, and wouldn't ever see again.
