Zero. My daughter just called to ask if the Nifong location took walk ins. The representative who answered the phone said " it's literally all we do, is take walk ins." When I was 19 I didn't always know the ins and outs of medical offices, insurance, either. I think that employee is filled with too much rage and vitriol to work for your organization.
