We always use this lab. Tech is good. This time they cannot seem to get results sent to BJH in St Louis. Been waiting days. We have tried calling several times over several days. No one answers and no one returns calls. This is critical information the cancer center in St Louis needs.
Got my blood on the first try, took his time, and seemed to really like and care for his job.
The young man is the only person to draw my blood with one stick. He's 4 for 4. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
