Spencer in the lab was great! He was very professional and friendly, able to find the vein quickly, making the whole experience pain-free. He seems like an employee who enjoys his job and excels at it.
I had to get routine appointments this past couple of years. The staff at 7:00am are so bright, helpful and expedient at that early hour. The staff know what they are doing in that it does not hurt as everyone imagines it should. Whenever I have questions, they get to the bottom of it and want me to stay informed. Do NOT let them touch you! The lady shoved the needle directly into the nerve AND blew the veins. Horrific pain. Never had this happen before coming here. Go anywhere else!
Went on a Monday, staff said there was a long wait time (unusual but what can you do), and there definitely was, but everything from registration to blood work was very fast. Staff was super friendly and was very willing to accommodate when I asked for a smaller needle.
