If I could give 0 stars I would. Besides David in patient care, he was wonderful. I never write reviews because they are only one side of the story but the ONE visit my daughter had here was awful. As a new patient with a complex medical history you spend more than 7mins with your patient, you collect a PMHx and you definitely don’t create fraudulent documentation in your note! I just had the most disturbing and very upsetting conversation with Chris & Dr. Addison’s nurse. Emma. I’m a new patient of Dr. Addison’s. I was in DKA 3 days ago. Super short version: Emma sent me back to Chris to get an earlier appointment. Last statements she told me was “She DID NOT have TIME for ME”! Who says that to someone, & a to a patient!!! I just want everyone to know what kind of people they are! I’m just in shock & sad over this!
I found Dr.Addison to be flip about the visit and not someone I would see again after being told that she never uses anything to numb the throat for a needle biopsy of the thyroid. She was only able to locate one of the the two nodules in my thyroid with the ultrasound, reinforcing my distrust of young doctors.
