The company deliberately lied and charged us 95 for being turned away for a half hour to clean. First off, the guys were there for a half an hour just looking around, were super unprofessional and bragging about overtime, it seemed like they did not have a clue on what they were doing, secondly they told me they had to grab some tools and they would be back. Great people to deal with and very professional installs.
It will be so clear once you read this review how I feel about the professionals at the most advanced, knowledgeable, and trusted electric company in the Spokane regions! The team beginning with the entire office staff, all the way to the onsite technicians who go out to the locations and work their magic--lights, on that stay on! Great people to deal with and very professional.
I had a disappointing experience with this electrical company. Caleb, the apprentice, was assigned to work at my business, and I was appalled to find that he was vaping while on the job. It’s unprofessional and disrespectful, especially in a place of business. Not only did it create a disruptive environment, but it also left a bad impression on both my staff and customers. I expect better from a company I trust to handle important work. I would not recommend this company based on this experience.
