I purchased a boat from them. Chris, the owner lied about the condition of the boat. I filled the gas tank and then took my granddaughter fishing in the boat. There were so many things that did not work on the boat that Chris said did work. The radio is the one thing he said didn’t work and it’s the one thing that actually did work. What a great experience we had with upgrading the motor on our pontoon. First, Mary was so knowledgeable about their selection of Suzuki motors. She worked with me to get into the price range we were seeking. Their communication, whether in person, over the phone or via text was spot on: honest, straightforward and customer-focused. Chris did a perfect job on the motor swap out. And I can’t thank Mary enough for answering my basic questions, staying late and getting us on the water. Thank you! Highly recommend Boone Docks.
