It is important to Mike Davis that his clients are happy. I asked him to do a couple of things differently and he listened and did it. He's a gentleman to deal with - unlike the jerk of a lawyer representing the insurance company who said it was MY FAULT the uninsured guy backed into me at a stop sign!
