I have never experienced a storage facility as disorganized as this one. They assign you a lot number that either doesn’t exist or has no signage — in my case, the sign had fallen off and no one had replaced it. It’s clear the person managing this facility rarely, if ever, sets foot on the property. Worse, without asking me — and despite the fact that this was not an auto-renewing contract — they charged me for another 6 months of storage during the summer, which makes no sense since I actively use my camper in the summer. Absolutely atrocious and unprofessional management. Making threats to customers when they were unable to locate previous payments and verify their books. Following up with inconsistent billing and pricing, harassing customers via text messages and phone calls. Shady activity resulting in stress and concern for damaged belongings stored with this business. -1/10

Horrible people to deal with. After cancelling my spot I found they have been double charging my credit card for many months. When asked about it they tried to say I had another spot (which I do not) they won’t produce any paperwork then blocked my number.
