Great customer service. In a world where getting RV parts can seem almost impossible, Boondocks kept great communication with us every step of the way. When I was concerned about the replacement part sent by the manufacturer, Boondocks was quick to make adjustments and get us back on the road.
Awesome service
I just had the owner Nathan and his employee Chris come to my home to check out my hot water heater on our toy hauler. not only were they on time as promised they were so informative and experienced in what they do. They were both so patient, kind and willing to answer all of my many questions I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing RV service or repair
So far so good. I text them about my estimate scheduled in Dec, it's Thanksgiving so I didn't expect a response until Monday at the earliest. They got back to me within 3 hours lol. I was shocked. They're professional, knowledgeable and made me feel like they had things well under control with my 5th wheel. I'm glad I called them
Love them.... They took care of me bigtime and saved me a bunch of money.......
