Called boondocks because there was water leaking out of my breaker box…they came told me the issue was the bolts in the gutter…paid them to fix that, replace the breakers and reseal the roof. Came did the work and it was still leaking. Called them back and they came again…this time they told me it was the plumbing vent pipe. They came back and did the work and we paid them again. So now I’m in about $2,000…Guess what….still leaking. Called them again and Nate came…didn’t check everywhere just again said it had to be the gutt... read more

Great customer service. In a world where getting RV parts can seem almost impossible, Boondocks kept great communication with us every step of the way. When I was concerned about the replacement part sent by the manufacturer, Boondocks was quick to make adjustments and get us back on the road.
Awesome service
I just had the owner Nathan and his employee Chris come to my home to check out my hot water heater on our toy hauler. not only were they on time as promised they were so informative and experienced in what they do. They were both so patient, kind and willing to answer all of my many questions I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing RV service or repair
