I've lived out here 12+ years this is my 3rd owner . Boondocks enterprises is one of the greatest places to live. Owner is always out here working ,not sitting in an office. He's friendly,fair to understand family values . He's ( with help from his p.m.) made this place into one of the greatest family community parks to live in. He does things like BBQ , Halloween party , ect.. it's growing just come visit us. You'll be glad you did. 5💫 rating if you ask meÂ
