They are supposedly temporarily closed but they are still taking "orders" and your money and then just never sending the product... not sure how this is an allowed practice. Square Website and they do nothing as well. I will never ever recommend this company to a soul. Make things right. Make a change. DO BETTER!
Purchased a bumper in December of 2019 and it took several weeks to receive from the manufacturer. To top it off, it started rusting just three months later. Reached out to the company SEVERAL times with no response at all. Reached out to the company that I purchase through and they could not reach them either. Now it it out of the “warranty” period from boondock and NOBODY from the company has contacted me to remedy the situation. Do NOT buy from them! Once they get your money, it’s over. I ordered a boondock bumper from real truck wet site and never received my bumper after 30 days i called real truck they said they cannot get nobody at boondocks customer service so real truck refunded my money and let me order a new bumper iron Cross bumper they come in in 3 days thank you realtruck
