Gaby called me back within 2 minutes and helped me out with my questions
Thought I found a great price on a storage unit nearby. Three different people called to confirm and I assured them we will pay on payday. Move in was a set for May 1. They called but my phone didn't ring so they texted that we "moved out". Cancelled my reservation the day before payday. Not going to do this song and dance.
How lovely to be surprised with professional, efficient and caring service. Eric was a voice warmly familiar and welcoming.
I called today to speak about an item on billing , spoke with Gabby she's very polite and friendly and was very helpful to solve my issues.. I would recommend this storage company to anyone secure, clean and great communication..
