I am writing this review because this is the first time in my practice that the insurance company make a check and send it to the patient instead of the provider. Boone Chapman is not cooperative to write another check and leave me to deal with an uncooperative patient. Patient has check from insurance written on their name and refuses to return the money. Therefore, i took care of patient without pay and spent hours on the phone. Still, Boone Chapman could not care less. I just want to warn other providers to stay away... read more

Too bad -0 is not an option. I have called repeatedly since February to get dozens of claims reprocessed, and am always being told that they " have been sent back for review". If you are an insurance provider, and Boon Chapman is the administrator for the insurance plan in question, have the client bill their own insurance. You will NEVER get paid.

As a former HR manager they were amazing to work with, now as a COBRA participant, not so much. They don't respond to emails except to say a "ticket has been opened". Still waiting at 11 days for information.

This is terrible dental insurance. They pay very little towards a new procedure.

This dental insurance paid 16 % of a simple cleaning, 4 bitewing exrays, and oral exam. Stuck with a bill of $197 for a cleaning absurd!!!
