I think they should lower the heat on the playroom floor and serve water regularly, I asked for a pitcher of water yesterday and the kid said they only serve it for birthday parties!
I just had my daughter's 5th birthday here. Kids ages ranged from 1.5 to 10. All the kids had a great time. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the place is very clean.

Just had my daughter's bday party at Boom Kidz. The kids had a blast. The place is big, clean, and the staff was responsible and courteous. I would definitely come back!!
