I have attended classes at both the University and Longmire locations at various times and each time I go I have felt welcomed and included by the members and the coaches. They have been willing to modify the workouts as needed for this beginner cross fitter!
Dropped in and had a great experience. Great community of people, super friendly and excellent coaches.
Great CrossFit gym! Very clean and organized. Equipment is top-notch! Coaching and programming were awesome! Can’t wait to come back and visit.
