I don't write reviews but my experience was horrible. I am a restaurant manager, so I'm extremely empathetic towards the service industry- however, I can't find one positive point of my experience. My husband and I have lived apart this year due to our jobs and this was our first date night in months. After we were sat, my husband and I waited 25 minutes to be greeted. I came during a game night and the food was amazing
I went for a game and I loved the service and atmosphere
As a server my myself I tried to but a little more understanding about somethings but I can say without a doubt the Service I received yesterday was absolutely not okay everything was coming late after late we got to the restaurant around 830/9 their patio was busy, but it died down at about 915 930. We were set immediately did not get greeted till about 15 minutes later we got our waters.
