I just wanted to come make everybody aware to be cautious about donating your money through Boomerjacks.

Unfortunately, the management at BoomerJack’s Lake Worth continues to prove that professionalism isn’t a priority. After cycling through multiple managers, the current one chose to “let me go” by deleting me from the system. No conversation, no notice, and even went so far as to post “RIP” with my name underneath. That level of conduct speaks volumes about the leadership culture there
Terrible management, I worked for Boomerjacks in Lake Worth for almost 2 years now and we have been through at least 6 managers. Our last general manager was fired for having an affair with one of the service managers and now our new general manager Michaela spends her shifts making TikToks. It has turned into a very unprofessional place to work at and I do not recommend working nor dining there.
Our waitress Yasmeen was very she gave good service good energy and she needs a raise :)
