We have been without a kitchen now for five weeks as this business has failed to deliver the benchtop. Numerous calls and texts have been unanswered or met with excuse after excuse. We are now trying to get our deposit back as we have no trust left. They would not even provide photos of progress or the timber so we have no idea what the business did with our money.
THE WORST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Had Jeremy eventually visit my home to measure up for a bar top to be replaced (took 2 months of chasing to get him to agree to a day). Agreed on the price and then paid $1800.00 deposit - that was on 18.05.2023 . AFTER AT LEAT 50 PHONE CALLS AND NUMEROUS TEXT MESSAGES OVER 8 MONTHS I HAVE STILL NOT HAD ANY CONFIRMATION - JUST EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE. Now Jeremy is refusing to take my calls or respond to texts.
