worst transport company to use; they had my grandma waiting for 2 hrs by herself outside the hospital and no one called to explain the delay. Called them and spoke with Max he was very rude, hung up on me and when i called back he placed me on hold. would never recommend.

Called multiple times regarding my mother’s transportation no one pick ups the phone , when driver finally arrived told them to get the key from the mailbox because my mother couldn’t go down the stairs and the driver left , leaving my mother crying , luckily I was able to get another transport company to take her that day and when she arrived Dr. Sent her to the ER because her blood pressure had dropped . Good morning i had the pleasure of using Boomerang Transportation to a doctor's appointment. Jim Brown was my driver and I must say that he is a very great driver and very knowledgeable about how he drivers. I would recommend him to be my personal driver if I had too.

This was of the best transport company in new Jersey now they are not good at disrespectful they pick up put the phone down or send it to voice mail I have been late to every appointment this year's and last year almost with all the health issues I have they just act as oh well it's not them today I was supposed to be picked up at 12:45pm here comes the driver at 2:10 pm when your late you know have to wait like 2months until you can see the doctor again it's all because they over take more rides than they can handle and it'... read more
