I’m not usually one to leave poor reviews, but this experience has me beyond frustrated. I do want to start by saying sales was great. Jeremy was excellent to work with — friendly, knowledgeable, gave us a quick walkthrough of the machine, and got us into exactly what we wanted. Honestly, I feel bad leaving a 1-star review because he did a great job. Unfortunately, everything after that went downhill. Finance was extremely pushy about the extended warranty, which as someone in sales myself, I really don’t appreciate. What fr... read more
