Seamless buying experience. Erik and Jon answered all our questions and made a confident buying decision easy. They loaned us a trailer to get our new side-by-side to its new cabin home. 5+ stars all day long.
Poor experience at Boomerang Marine and Sports. I called with my interest in a couple of ATVs and spoke with Jay. We talked a while and had a good conversation. He acknowledged the ATVs and the prices and we talked about my trade-in. We scheduled a time to bring the trade in and possibly take the ATVs home. The next day, Jay emails me and confirms our appointment. And oh, by the way- there is an additional freight and setup fee associated with each ATV- an additional $1000 tacked on to each machine.
