Quick, clean, professional. Highly recommend. This is an update to a previous visit from 8/14/2026: Again wish i could leave another 5 star review. This was my first experience with a professional electronics installer, and while it ended up being pleasurable it was not without a few bumps. The gentleman who took my order was friendly and willing to listen to my needs. The professional who did the work was clearly hard working and detail oriented. I was told the cost and time for the work, and the mark was missed for each category. I was having issues with my 2003 electra glide standard sound system.I brought it to Boomer McLOUD on central ave Albany.They Fix the problem within a few hour's At no charge! I can't say enough kind words for everyone there.You guys Rock.Dave K. On 6/29 26 my boat radio was not working had the guys at boomer look it over and it had a blown fuse. I was in and out in no time. These guys are the best.
Great experience! Top tier customer service. I had a 10inch subwoofer, custom enclosure done and the woofer blew after about a year or so, and I went back and they gave me credit on my blown woofer towards a 12 inch Sony subwoofer which I am extremely happy with!
Had Dave at Boomer Mcloud install an amp for me in my rare German car. He installed a high-fidelity audio System from Morel with a DSP amplifier from Mosconi. They even let me sit in the car so we could tune it to my preferences. I am blown away by the experience. I’ve never imagined my car sounding this good, and getting this level of service!
