Two stars for their takeout orders due to they are frequently missing items. Like potatoes without the gravy. Burgers without the toppings and also burgers without cheese when they were orderd with cheese. Definitely lesser quality service and quality food. I would give 4 stars when dining in. And I would give 1 star for customer service experiences especially today. This place has definitely declined in all areas in the past year.
Worst service ever if you can call it that said to sit any where we did waiting for 20 mins or more while they served others who came in after us and even got them thier food. We finally flagged someone down asked for service got drinks and got left again with no service we then had enough got up to tell them how terrible the service was and just left never going back
