Very disappointing experience. We paid $500 for a bond, and after the case was dismissed, we contacted Boom Bail Bonds to address reimbursement and next steps. The person who identified himself as the manager was rude, disrespectful, and hung up on us twice during the conversation. Don’t get wrong he what was supposed to do for my son but my biggest problem is he ask for collateral and not trying to pay me back and giving a run around about it. That’s not how you do business
