BoomRoom is such an amazing gym! I started out as a complete novice needing a lifestyle change and BoomRoom have been nothing but amazing with this! They have great coaches who really care about you progressing and getting the right form. The classes are a good variety between strength and cardio. The class times are also really flexible and can work around your schedule. If your looking for gym where you want it left to the experts, BoomRoom is for you!
I have been going to Boom Room for over 2 years now. I enjoy the variety of classes, the coaches & the people - they are all a friendly crew! They often do different challenges to keep you motivated. The coaches get to know you & help you to work towards your goals. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend Boom Room! 💯 I’ve been going for almost 5 years now and over time I have loved the gym more and more. I came from straight from F45 and even though they’re both group fitness gyms, boom room offers cardio classes🏃♀️, strength classes🏋🏼, along with Boxing classes 🥊 .
